**Responsibilities**:
- Review and analyze contracts to identify potential claims and disputes.
- Develop and implement strategies for resolving claims and disputes.
- Manage the claims and dispute resolution process, including preparing and submitting claims, negotiating settlements, and coordinating with legal counsel.
- Manage and maintain records related to claims and disputes.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on claims and dispute-related matters.
- Develop and implement strategies for avoiding claims and disputes in future projects.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Claims Manager in the UAE.
- Having a driving license will be a added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction claims and dispute resolution.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims management software.
