Snagging Inspector

Our company is seeking an experienced Snagging Inspector to join our team. As a Snagging Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our construction projects by identifying defects and issues in newly completed buildings or units, as well as overseeing the correction of any issues found. You will be responsible for working closely with contractors, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all work meets the necessary standards and regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough inspections of newly completed units to identify defects or issues in workmanship, materials, and finishes.
- Work with site managers to identify and address issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure that all work meets necessary safety standards and building codes.
- Create reports documenting issues found during inspections and ensure that they are shared with the relevant developers.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and reports are accurately completed and filed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a Snagging Inspector or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or issues in workmanship, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of relevant software and tools for conducting inspections and compiling reports.

Education and Experience:

- University diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification or degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
