At our company, we are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Executive to join our Marketing team. As a Social Media Executive, you will play a key role in shaping our online presence, driving brand awareness, and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase audience engagement.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
- Create visually appealing and dynamic video content for social media channels, with a focus on Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other video-oriented formats.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, preferably with a focus on community management and video content creation.
- Expert knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Strong understanding of the latest social media trends, tricks, and best practices.
- Proficiency in graphic designing and dynamic content creation, with a particular emphasis on video content.
- Familiarity with video content marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with the online community.
- Analytical mindset and ability to interpret social media metrics to optimize performance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
