**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with the HR team and business leaders to identify talent needs and develop strategic learning initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs and initiatives to foster employee growth and development, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical training.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) to ensure seamless administration, tracking, and reporting of learning activities.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching sessions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning effectiveness to continuously improve learning programs and initiatives.
- Provide expertise and guidance on talent management practices, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development and learning technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a learning and development professional, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Creative thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for driving employee development and engagement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: AED7,000.00 per month
