Hygeine Officer

An established food company in the UAE requires a Hygiene Officer.

Responsibilities will include but not restricted to the following:

- Inspection of Food Health facilities and analyse hygiene requirements and ensures food safety and quality is always maintained.
- Assures the SOP’s are followed and revised if needed.
- Authorized to approve and reject product during the products receiving period.
- Evaluate and analyse quality issues in the warehouse and introduce corrective and preventive actions.
- Responsible for heading the internal HACCP audit.
- Communicates all hygiene related issues to the management.
- Documents all incidents/accidents and takes necessary corrective actions.
- Manage wastes by reducing and recycling wastes, ensure proper segregation of waste disposal effectively.
- Updates all related records about HACCP and Hgiene.
- Ensure compliance with all municipality food and health control department.
- Inspect the areas of potential hazards and recommends solution to the management.

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and presentation skills.
- Flexibility and punctuality.
- Competency in MS Office.
- HACCP Level III certification

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
