The Role
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications and Skills**: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a relevant field. - At least 10 years of proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. - Proficiency in using office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams etc.). - Discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs. - Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and priorities. - Professional demeanour, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with individuals at all levels. - Prior experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure.
