We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tile Mason to join our team. As a Tile Mason, you will play a crucial role in transforming spaces by installing various types of tiles in residential and commercial settings. We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong craftsmanship, and a passion for delivering high-quality tile installations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct surface preparation, ensuring substrates are clean, level, and suitable for tile installation.

- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific spaces, considering layout designs and patterns.
- Plan and create tile layouts, taking into account design specifications and project requirements.
- Grout tiles to fill gaps and enhance the overall appearance of the tiled surfaces.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing tile installations, addressing any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Tile Mason or Tile Setter.
- Strong knowledge of various tile materials, adhesives, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and specifications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent measurement and cutting skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments, including kneeling, bending, and lifting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

**Requirements**:

- Certification or apprenticeship in tile setting is a plus.
- Previous experience in residential and commercial tile installations.
