- Prepare 3D renderings.
- Preparing visualization of the real site after development.
- Preparing virtual tours.
- Describe their own work clearly and effectively both in-house and externally.
- Listening effectively, to understand what is required, asking questions where relevant.
- Responding fully, accurately, and in a timely fashion.
- Make simple but effective presentations in-house as required
- Software's - Maya, Blender, 3Ds Max, Zbrush, Sketchup, Vray, Revit, Lumion, Octane
- Analyzing project drawings, specifications, and scope of works
- Collaborating with Design and Technical Team to clarify project details and specifications.
- Conducting comprehensive material assessments and sourcing materials.
- Evaluating production processes and labor requirements.
- Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for joinery projects.
- Reviewing and comparing supplier quotes for materials and components.
- Participating in project meetings to provide cost-related insights.
- Contributing to value engineering discussions to optimize costs.
- Maintaining a repository of cost information and historical data.
- Researching and sourcing materials from suppliers to obtain accurate pricing.
- Carry out cost breakdown based on project scope and complexity.
- Review project documentation including drawings, specifications, and scope of works
- Collaborate with Design and Technical Team to clarify joinery requirements.
- Conduct material assessments, quantify required materials and sourcing materials in coordination with Procurement Team.
- Evaluate production processes and labor needs based on project scope.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, encompassing materials, labor, and overhead & profit.
- Compare quotes from suppliers for materials and components.
- Participate in project meetings to contribute cost-related insights.
- Collaborate with production and project teams to optimize costs and maintain quality.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and cost-related data.

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
