**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all maintenance and new projects.
- Plan and assign appropriate labor teams for various tasks.
- Report daily site attendance and labor performance to management.
- Support engineers and draftsmen with accurate on-site data.
- Prepare site inspection reports upon subcontractor work completion.
- Ensure laborers are properly groomed and wearing the correct safety gear.
- Resolve labor disputes or issues on-site.
- Assist accountants by providing necessary data for contractor payments.
- Arrange for materials and equipment to ensure timely project completion.
- Provide suggestions to management to improve work progress.
- Record and submit work progress videos to management.
- Coordinate contractor payments, including negotiations when necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and site operations.
- Experience in coordinating with engineers, draftsmen, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in reporting and providing feedback to management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
