Decorative Welder

**Responsibilities**:

- Welding and Fabrication: Perform MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding on various metals to create strong and precise joints according to specifications.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the correct welding processes and requirements.
- Material Preparation: Prepare materials for welding by cutting, grinding, and shaping metal parts.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet the specified standards and criteria, making adjustments as necessary.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain welding equipment and tools, performing regular inspections and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure project timelines and goals are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various positions (bending, kneeling, etc.).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to identify defects and make necessary corrections.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Experience with robotic welding systems
- Familiarity with various welding techniques and processes.
- Able to work independently.
- Fabrication Skill.
- Ability to use hand tools.
