**Overview of the role**

The Total Rewards Analyst will support the Total Rewards Team with all Total Rewards-related processes, including implementing effective analytics and data modelling. Design and manage tools to facilitate all Total Rewards processes. Provide input on Total Rewards policies, procedures and projects, research and present recommendations for process improvements.

**What you will do**
- Design effective analytics solutions and develop modelling that will support the management and execution of key Total Rewards processes and initiatives.
- Develop tools, templates and content to efficiently and compliantly facilitate the management and administration of key Total Rewards processes and initiatives.
- Proactively build and/or improve infrastructures required to collect and analyse data, and support the communication and implementation of TR policy changes to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders
- Produce actionable analysis and reporting to various stakeholders across HR and AFG, where required.
- Responsible in reviewing and providing recommendation with regard to salary increases, promotions, internal recruitment proposals and other operational related TR cases from the businesses in accordance to organization’s policies and procedures
- Maintain, review and propose salary structures and ensure that it is strictly being observed and implemented across divisions
- Support the organizational design initiatives including structural analysis and job evaluation using HAY methodology and ensure to identify appropriate job band level/pay grade
- Support the integration and implementation of Total Rewards elements for new business acquisitions/mergers and ensuring it is in accordance with AFG’s structure and philosophy.
- Participate in the salary survey process to ensure availability of current market data, including ongoing vendor relationship management and budget monitoring.
- Participate in AFG Total Rewards policy reviews and ensure that AFG is in compliance with the statutory and legal requirements for each country
- Manage and work closely with HRIS/Employee Services for any system requirements, reports and other Employee Services related matters with process interlock with Total Rewards
- Ad hoc projects and tasks as required.

**Required Skills to be successful**
- Advanced Excel skills to include complex formulas, tables, charts, lookups, macros (VBA) and data modelling
- Ability to synthesize information and data from a variety of sources
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent consultation and interpersonal skills with a high level of tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
- Excellent client service skills
- Extremely detail oriented

**What equips you for the role**
- 5+ years progressive professional experience, ideally in Rewards or HR
- Knowledge of HRIS (SAP/SuccessFactors preferred) Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
