Fiberglass and Styrofoamartist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, fabricate, and assemble molds using Styrofoam, fiberglass, and silicone materials.
- Create high-quality molds as per project specifications and client requirements.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment such as CNC machines, spray tools, and cutting devices.
- Ensure precision and accuracy in mold-making for smooth production processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mold defects or material performance.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in mold-making, particularly with Styrofoam, fiberglass, and silicone.
- Expertise in creating molds for prototypes, sculptures, displays, or industrial components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Knowledge of mold maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.**Preferred Skills**:
