**Position Overview**:
The QC Manager is responsible for leading and managing the quality control function within an organization. They ensure that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. The QC Manager oversees quality control procedures, manages a team of QC professionals, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering
- Mechanical
- Sheet Metal fabrication mainly stainless steel enclosure
- **Knowledge of EX Proof of QAN/QAR Process (mandatory)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quality Control Management**:
Develop and implement quality control policies, procedures, and guidelines. Define quality standards and specifications for products, services, or processes. Establish quality control metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure performance.

**Team Leadership and Development**:
Manage and provide guidance to the QC team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation. Foster a culture of quality consciousness and continuous improvement within the QC team. Provide coaching and support to team members in executing their quality control responsibilities.

**Quality Control Processes and Systems**:
Design and implement quality control processes, including inspection, testing, and documentation procedures. Establish and maintain a quality control system to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality control measures into their processes.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:
Analyze quality control data, identify trends, and provide insights to improve processes and address quality issues. Prepare and present quality control reports and metrics to senior management

**Salary**: Up to AED7,000.00 per month
