**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping to maintain accurate, complete and timely information to achieve overall department objective.
- Responsible for posting of accounting transactions
- Assist Chief Accountant in preparation of tax returns, in-house FS, Income Statement and Cash Flows, etc.
- Assist the Chief Accountant to prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
- Must be able to provide reports regarding specific project profit & loss
- Verify “manual” file vs system balances for some ledgers
- Follow up with customer for the pending payments, the reconciliation of customer account, and generating customer invoices.
- Compute figures to determine balance, differences, adjustments, reviewing and totals to reconcile all transactions at the end of each day.
- Verify the supplier balances and endorse payment request
- Monthly Bank reconciliation
- Responsible in maintaining and filing company documents
- Perform monthly intercompany reconciliation with related parties
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management

**Qualifications**:

- MUST be knowledgeable in using Microsoft Excel
- MUST have a background with Accounting
- MUST have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- MUST be willing to extend assistance to other departments
- MUST have at least 2 years experience in accounting related fields
- Preferably F I L I P I N A
