**We're Hiring: Paralegal (Emiratisation Opportunity)**

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an **Emirati national** to join our team as a **Paralegal**. This role is an excellent entry point for those interested in building a career in law, while contributing to our Emiratisation initiatives and supporting the legal team in various critical functions.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and drafting of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
- Conduct legal research and gather information to support ongoing cases.
- Organize and maintain legal files, records, and databases.
- Support in the review and analysis of legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Communicate with clients, external counsel, and stakeholders to manage legal matters effectively.
- Help prepare and organize evidence for legal proceedings and hearings.
- Assist in managing deadlines, calendars, and meetings for the legal department.
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team as needed.

**Requirements**:

- **Emirati national** with a genuine interest in the legal field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline (or equivalent).
- Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is an advantage but not required (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in both Arabic and English (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle sensitive legal documents.
- Familiarity with MS Office and legal research tools.
