**TELEPHONE OPERATOR**:

- Previous hotel-related experience desired
- Knowledge of centralized telephone systems
- Arabic speaker
- Skills in the operation of telephone equipment
- Skills in dealing diplomatically with the public under stressful conditions
- Knowledge of personal computers and methods of updating databases
- Experience with hotel reservations software (a plus)
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor (a plus)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Customer service attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: AED1,399.00 - AED1,999.00 per month
