**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Drive and coordinate BD efforts cross service collaboration
- Support Marketing with planning and managing multi-channel marketing initiatives to strengthen brand awareness in the region
- Drive for regional brand recognition of ‘One Team, One Kroll’ solutions
- Coordinate account development plans for top clients
- Support Marketing with public relations activities
- Assist the Marketing team with developing and implementing the content marketing strategy
- Maintain client relationship with accounts by tracking activities across service lines
- Leverage marketing activities generated across the firm and assist Marketing with adapting to local market
- Support Marketing with activities and efforts to deliver ‘One Kroll’ to the ME market and achieve an increased cross service collaboration
- Organize and plan events for top clients
- Stay well informed with latest market trends and share insight with business stakeholders and marketing team
- Together with Marketing, support post-brand transition efforts for the service lines including advertising campaigns and client outreach materials
- Assist with RFP’s and registrations as preferred vendor on key government targets
- Support Marketing with maintaining brand alignment by updating brand materials where needed across the services
- Increase Salesforce activities across service lines
- Help and support the different services develop various marketing materials
- Utilize personal network to generate leads
- Support Marketing team in activities like in person or virtual conferences, sponsorship, and hosted events
- Support Marketing with thought leadership and success stories

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Very strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to confidently use the PowerPoint, Explorer, Outlook and Excel.
- Quick learner with an ability to assimilate a new business/industry swiftly
- Research skills to source industry and client specific data
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to compile and organize information derived from various sources into spreadsheets, databases, etc.
- Strong analytical skill set, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Task oriented with the ability to focus on essential activities to achieve goals
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to communicate to a diverse range of individuals with impact.
