**LOCATION**

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The Cleaner will be able to perform any combination of cleaning duties to maintain Private Villa / Private Estate in a clean and orderly manner.

**QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS**
- Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and prolonged standing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Service orientated
- Fluency in English preferred;
- High School education preferred

**DUTIES**
- Cleaning stocking and supplying designated facility areas. Cleaning will include dusting,sweeping, vacuuming, mopping,cleaning surfaces,ceiling vents restroom cleaning etc
- Performing and documenting routine cleaning activities
- Notify the supervisor regarding breakdown of appliances such as toilet flushing tanks
- Clean and maintain cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies, ensuring they are in good working condition and properly stored after use. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols at all times, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling practices. Follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and cleaning chemicals
- Work collaboratively with zookeeping, maintenance, and other staff members to coordinate cleaning activities and ensure seamless operations throughout the zoo. Communicate effectively and proactively to address any cleaning-related issues or concerns
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor
