**Scope and Purpose**:

- In coordination with the relevant Desk Head, provide SEF product services to clients
- Interact & coordinate with SEF Milan head office team & other departments part of Dubai Branch
- Assisting in origination efforts, preparing & find updating pitch books & all other relevant materials
- Under the guidance of desk head, negotiate terms & conditions appropriate for SEF transactions in line with bank policy;
- Independently (or) with assistance undertake:

- preparing & submitting the relevant credit proposals for approval
- all aspects of documentation of SEF transactions including CPs
- maintaining full & complete SEF files (electronic & physical)
- monitoring of SEF transactions which include covenant monitoring, reporting requirements, credit updates, waiver requests
- prepare & assist with timely credit reviews
- Assist with preparation of team/department budgets
- research, analysis & market intelligence required by the desk
- all other matters required & deemed appropriate for SEF transactions for the desk- Stay well-informed of trends in the industry & the position of competitors;
- Prepare ad-hoc/general research assignments
- Liaise with other product specialists & departments, including risk management, loan operations, financial markets, & KYC desk
- Ensure that clients receive an excellent level of service

**Required Experience**:

- Initiative, Positive attitude & Team player
- University degree in finance/economics or law
- Knowledge of structured finance transactions
- 5-7 years of comparable or relevant experience, will be preferred
- Understanding of credit risk analysis & risk based approach
- Analytical ability to perform financial statement & cashflow analysis
- Good presentation, commercial & communication skills
- Fully conversant with term sheets, documentation, covenant analysis & cashflow analysis
- Client presentations, pitchbooks, info. memo & financial modelling presentation
- Any experience in leverage & acquisition finance will be preferred
- Analyzing comparable transactions & sector-specific transaction structures
- Fully conversant & highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; plus working knowledge of other platforms for e.g. Bloomberg research, Thomson Reuters

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge**:

- University degree and/or post-graduate degree in Business Management/ finance/economics.
- Working knowledge in the Bank's products and services, with a particular focus on Structured Export Finance.
- Good commercial skills, with a preferred experience on coverage of FI clients.
- Written, verbal and presentation skills along with good interpersonal skills
- Team player and result oriented.
