**UI/UX Designer**

**Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our established team. This individual will play a critical role in the user experience (UX) lifecycle, ensuring the creation of intuitive, user-centered products that drive business value.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to identify user needs and pain points through established methodologies.
- Develop user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that adhere to best practices in UX design.
- Create user interface (UI) elements that are both aesthetically pleasing and functionally optimized for user interaction.
- Ensure design responsiveness across various devices and platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other designers to achieve project goals.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer with a demonstrably successful track record.
- Proven ability to design user-friendly and visually compelling interfaces aligned with brand identity.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster productive working relationships.
- A demonstrated passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

- Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

**Salary**: From AED19,995.00 per month
