Our client is the largest premium **Real Estate company** UAE. They are now looking for an **Trainer** to join them.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Good English language skills required.
- Auditing calls to screen the quality
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to provide constructive feedback & coaching in a manner that results in improved performance
**Preference**
- Fluency in English is a must
- Experienced in training Call Centre agents
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of training experience in a Soft Skill driven environment (Any relevant certification is a plus)
