Position: Mechanical Site Inspector
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
License: Valid UAE Driving License
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and local authorities’ regulations.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all mechanical installations adhere to UAE regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Perform thorough quality checks, testing, and inspections to verify the performance and reliability of mechanical systems.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Identify and address technical challenges related to mechanical systems, proposing effective solutions to ensure project continuity.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of project activities, changes, and approvals.
Health and Safety: Prioritize and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel involved in mechanical installations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within the UAE construction industry.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of local authorities’ codes, regulations, and standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
**Salary**: AED 7,000 - AED 8,000 per month
