As Well Production and Integrity Lead, you will provide guidance and support for solving complex technical problems that arise during drilling and evaluation. Working with leading-edge technology, you will make key decisions, resolve issues and oversee projects to shape enhancements. You’ll unite cross-functional teams to connect, share knowledge, innovate and to develop improvements. Onshore position.

As a Well Production and Integrity Lead, you will be responsible for:

- Driving Wireline Cased Hole Logging, Lower Completions, and Production Solutions (ALS, OIC) direct revenue activities and plans
- Achieving alignment between PL sales teams and SDMs to attack opportunities to help OFSE growth and share gain
- Driving commercial intensity for RTS and Product lines through collaboration on upsells of relevant OFSE products/ technology services (i.e. Production Logging, Cement Integrity/Mapping, Flow Control Devices)
- Managing a team of cased hole logging experts and production technologists in support of Product Lines and will be responsible for managing the time of the team in support of the Middle East, North Africa, Turkey, India region
- Leading and presenting at the client workshops on Cased Hole/ Well Integrity, Production Technology, and Production Solutions
- Creating and maintaining the Deal Machine opportunities
- Demonstrating compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.
- Managing sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).
- Handling products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used. Sales processes require technical analysis and adaptation to client conditions.
- Supporting the management of complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally. Technical, economical, logístical and financial aspects are involved in creating a proposal.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Engineering
- Have 15+ years in Cased Hole Logging advisory, Production Operations and/or Production Technology
- Have preferably has minimum 5 additional years of experience in Sales Operations or Technical Sales capacity
- Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Have demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
