**GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

**Responsibilities**:

- In depth understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, packaging, product branding, advertisements, and multimedia design.
- Work on a wide range of media (photos and videos), using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals
- Help make design choices (usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout) for all the content the company will use.
- Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately
- Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval.
- Update and maintain internal databases for designs, photography, and video
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with marketing team on a wide range of materials that may include website banners and pages, presentations, social media images/reels/stories and other marketing materials
- Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner with a quality output
- Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
- Keeping managers up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic designing
- **A strong portfolio with projects showcasing creativity and innovative skills**
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
- Typography knowledge
- Photography experience
- Social Media experience and development
- Knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software
- Excellent eye for detail
- Fluency of ideas
- Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Self directed and can work as a team player

Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline
- Arabic speaker is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- Arabic (preferred)
