*Experience:* Minimum 7+ years

As an Electrical Inspector specializing in road and infrastructure projects within the GCC region, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical installations. Your responsibilities will include:
1. **Inspection and Compliance**:* Conduct thorough inspections of electrical systems and installations in road and infrastructure projects to ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards, and project specifications.

2. **Documentation and Reporting**:* Maintain detailed records of inspections, observations, and findings. Prepare comprehensive reports highlighting any non-compliance issues, deviations, or corrective actions required.

3. **Coordination**:* Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate inspection schedules, resolve issues, and ensure smooth implementation of electrical works.

4. **Quality Assurance**:* Monitor the quality of electrical materials, components, and equipment used in the project. Identify potential risks or deficiencies and recommend preventive or corrective measures to uphold quality standards.

5. **Safety Compliance:* **Enforce adherence to safety protocols, procedures, and regulations related to electrical installations. Conduct safety audits and promote a culture of safety among project stakeholders.

7. **Training and Guidance**:* Provide guidance, training, and support to project personnel on electrical requirements, best practices, and regulatory compliance to enhance overall project performance.

8. **Problem Solving**:* Identify technical challenges or discrepancies during inspections and propose effective solutions to address issues promptly, minimize delays, and maintain project timelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:*
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in electrical inspection, particularly in road and infrastructure projects within the UAE region.
- Profound knowledge of UAE electrical codes, standards, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certification as an Electrical Inspector or equivalent is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry-leading inspection tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
