**Job Title**: ELV Sales Coordinator
**Salary Range**: AED 2,000 - AED 3,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide tailored solutions for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Fire Alarm, etc.).
- Manage and update sales documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Follow up on sales inquiries and leads to convert potential customers into clients.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers by providing exceptional support.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth execution of ELV installations and deliveries.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Stay updated on ELV industry trends and product developments.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in the ELV or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, structured cabling, access control, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in ELV systems are an advantage.
