Site Supervisor

**Requirements**:

- Diploma (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience in site management
- Experience in field management
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Able to understand Engineering Drawings
- Understanding of compliance and quality assurance guidelines and best practices
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience is Construction/Maintenance Projects will be an advantage.
- Knowledge in Cooling Towers (not mandatory)

As a Site Supervisor, your responsibilities include:
1. Enforcing adherence to health and safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment for crews on site.

2. Monitoring progress and facilitating timely completion of the site works.

3. Identifying obstacles and developing strategies to improve operations.

4. Continually reviewing technical reports and drawings to ensure project alignment.

5. Ensuring a safe working environment and enforcing standard operating procedures.

6. Updating Project Engineers on the schedule and work carried out.

7. Ensuring that all work is completed without compromise to quality and is delivered according to the project schedule.

8. Assist in preparation of baseline schedule with operations & Projects Team.

9. Developing and maintaining project documentation at the site.

10. Directing work site labour, delivery of materials and equipment, and establishing detailed plans for coordination of site activities.

11. Risk Management - identifying, assessing, and registering all associated risks with appropriate mitigation measures.

12. Being fully in charge of the assigned project.
