Admin & HR Officer

**Job Description will cover the following areas**
An Admin Officer is responsible for carrying out a variety of administrative and clerical tasks which may include providing support to agents and employees, providing assistance in day-to-day office needs, and managing the company’s administrative activities.
1. Monitor and report daily attendance of main office and sites.
2. Maintaining daily Facility & Admin petty cash records and submitting clearance to accounts dept.
3. Manage accurate records and filing system of all employees.
5. Provide necessary support in preparation of monthly payroll and distribution of wages.
6. Monitor staff performance and attendance activities.
7. Record keeping of employee personal benefits such as remuneration, leave entitlements, end of service, health and medical insurance etc.
8. Liaising with PRO for visa formalities of an employee joining, renewals and cancellations and documentation.
9. Provide support to Manager in issuing and record update of employee related letters such as Offer, contract, promotion, resignation, acceptance, transfer, termination, warning, fine, etc.
10. Provide staff orientations
11. Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors and HOD’s on human resource and work related issues.
