Veneer Craftsman

**Responsibilities**:

- Cut, trim, and fit veneer sheets precisely to ensure seamless and aesthetically pleasing finishes.
- Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and production teams to achieve the desired look and functionality of veneered products.
- Perform repairs and touch-ups on veneered surfaces to address any imperfections or damages.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work completed for inventory and project tracking.
- Stay updated on new veneer techniques, materials, and industry trends to enhance skills and craftsmanship.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Veneer Craftsman or similar role in the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for veneer work.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications and technical drawings.
