As a Wellhead Field Services Leader, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement/ repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order. Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure. Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Coordinating of fulfillment issues related to Customer Service Agreements, Time and Materials required for field installations.
- Working closely with the Field services team to resolve issues, represent customers in production meetings, and communicate status to the customer.
- Reviewing business options for impacts on profit, for compliance with contracts, policies, and procedures, and for innovative ways to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Completing customer and internal paperwork.
- Coordinating shop and/or program reviews and customer visits at the site as necessary.
- Communicating across direct organization. Presenting to senior leaders in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches.
- Handling diverse clients in UAE. Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.

**Required Qualifications**
- Have Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have Minimum 7 years of previous relevant Service Experience, Comprehensive Industry Knowledge, Operational Management Experience, including 4 years of experience in Pressure containing equipment's (Wellhead and Christmas Trees) with proper exposure to UAE Wellhead Operations.
- Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams, customers and stakeholders.
- Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues.
- Show strong communication skills - written, verbal and presentation. Show advanced English level, facility with other languages.
- Have experience and a proven track record in a similar role.
