**Job Title: Garment Sourcer**

**Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and identify potential garment suppliers based on company requirements and specifications.
- Conduct supplier evaluations and assessments to ensure compliance with quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities to make informed sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate closely with design, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced garments into production.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to garment sourcing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Garment Sourcer or in a similar role within the apparel industry.
- Deep understanding of garment manufacturing processes, including materials,, and finishing techniques.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and trends in the garment industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with sourcing software or ERP systems.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (required)
