- Prepare detailed cost estimates for building envelope and facade projects, including Aluminium, Glass, ACP, and other architectural elements.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and contract documents to determine scope of work and cost implications.
- Collaborate with project managers, design engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Review and interpret technical documents, and perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, material costs, and best practices.
- Prepare and present comprehensive cost reports and bid proposals.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating for building envelope and facade projects.
- Strong knowledge of Aluminium, Glass, ACP, and architectural elements.
- Familiarity with UAE local systems and standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant estimating software and tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

**Experience**:
