**Exciting Opportunity: Quantity Surveyor for Signage**

We are seeking a passionate Quantity Surveyor to play a pivotal role in our projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness throughout the entire life cycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Collaborate with the project management team to understand project requirements and objectives.

2.Conduct thorough quantity take-offs and cost estimates for signage projects.

3.Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate material and labor cost estimates.

4.Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.

5.Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

6.Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders.

7.Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving measures where possible.

8.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.

9.Assist in value engineering initiatives to optimize project costs without compromising quality.

10.Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the signage industry.

Proficiency in quantity take-off software and MS Office Suite.

Strong analytical and numerical skills with acute attention to detail.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Proactive problem-solving attitude with a focus on delivering results.

Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., RICS) is a plus.
