**Responsibilities**:

- Develop detailed BIM models of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, including structured cabling, security, communication, and audiovisual systems, using industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar tools.
- Collaborate with design engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate ELV systems seamlessly into building designs and construction plans.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and requirements to ensure accurate representation of ELV systems within the BIM environment.
- Coordinate with architects, electrical engineers, and other trades to resolve clashes and conflicts in ELV systems and ensure coordination with other building components.
- Conduct clash detection analysis and provide solutions to resolve conflicts between ELV systems and other building elements.
- Generate 2D drawings, shop drawings, and installation plans from BIM models for construction and coordination purposes.
- Stay updated with industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements in BIM and ELV system design.
- Mentor junior modellers and provide technical guidance on BIM modelling techniques and standards.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeller specializing in ELV systems, with a focus on construction projects in the GCC region.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, etc.
- Strong understanding of ELV systems design principles, components, and installation methods.
- Knowledge of local regulations, codes, and standards governing ELV systems in the GCC region.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and high-quality BIM models.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites within the GCC region as required.

- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
