Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Set up cameras, lighting, and sound for video shoots, including podcasts, interviews, reels, and other video content.
- Operate cameras during shoots to capture high-quality footage.
- Edit raw footage into polished final videos, ensuring high standards of production quality.
- Edit for different formats, including long-form videos, short social media reels, and promotional content.
- Incorporate the latest social media trends and techniques into video editing to maximize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the creative team to plan, storyboard, and execute video projects.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and prepared for each shoot.
- Manage and organize video assets efficiently.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cameraman and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio recording.
- Understanding of the latest trends in social media video content and editing.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in editing content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Experience in multi-camera editing and synchronization.
- Familiarity with color grading and sound design.
