Head Nanny

**Head Nanny for VVVIMP Family in DUBAI who knows UAE TRADITIONS and ABIDES BY THEM**:
1. Supervision and Leadership: Provide leadership and supervision to a team of nannies or household staff members. Coordinate schedules, assign tasks, and ensure effective communication among the team.

2. Childcare Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the care and activities of the children in the household. This includes creating and implementing developmentally appropriate schedules, organizing playtime, educational activities, and outings.

3. Staff Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to other nannies or household staff members, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

4. Child Development: Monitor and support the developmental milestones and educational goals of the children. Collaborate with parents or guardians to create and implement age-appropriate learning activities and programs.

5. Safety and Security: Maintain a safe and secure environment for the children by implementing safety protocols, childproofing the premises, and supervising their activities. Ensure the household staff follows safety guidelines.

6. Household Management: Assist in managing household operations, such as meal planning, grocery shopping, and overseeing the children's laundry and cleanliness of their areas.

7. Communication with Parents: Maintain regular and open communication with parents or guardians regarding the children's progress, daily routines, and any concerns that may arise. Provide feedback on the children's behavior, development, and achievements.

8. Organization and Logistics: Coordinate and manage logistics related to the children's activities, such as scheduling appointments, arranging transportation, and coordinating with other service providers.

9. Behavior Management: Implement positive behavior management techniques and discipline strategies agreed upon by the parents or guardians. Encourage and promote positive behavior and appropriate social skills in the children.

10. Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the family.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Head Nanny: 3 years (required)
