**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Supervision & Team Management**: Lead, train, and supervise a team of bodyshop technicians, painters, and support staff, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to deadlines.
- **Repair Quality Assurance**: Inspect repairs to ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations across various vehicle brands.
- **Work Allocation & Scheduling**: Prioritize and allocate tasks to maintain productivity and ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
- **Customer Interaction**: Act as a liaison between the bodyshop team and customers, providing updates on repair progress and addressing any concerns.
- **Inventory & Equipment Management**: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for bodyshop supplies and ensure all equipment is in proper working condition.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure the team follows all health, safety, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround times.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a bodyshop setting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role handling multibrand vehicles.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of body repair, painting techniques, and tools used in the automotive body repair industry.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and manage expectations professionally.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to lead a team, provide training, and foster a positive, productive work environment.
- **Attention to Detail**: Commitment to high-quality standards and meticulous attention to details in all repairs.
- **Problem-Solving Abilities**: Proactive in troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Certifications**: Certifications in automotive body repair or paint refinishing (e.g., I-CAR, ASE).
- **Multibrand Knowledge**: Familiarity with a variety of vehicle makes and models and specific repair techniques for each.
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
