Servicenow Tester

We are looking to hire a **ServiceNow Tester **who has experience with ServiceNow, with a specific focus on **Automated Test Framework (ATF)** and testing methodologies. As a ServiceNow Tester, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our ServiceNow implementations through comprehensive testing practices for our Client based in Dubai
- which is one of the largest semi-government organizations in the region.

This position is a long-term contract role with an initial duration of 12 months and is renewable.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals to understand requirements and develop comprehensive test plans.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and communication of issues to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in the design and implementation of testing strategies that address functional, integration, regression, and performance testing requirements.
- Work closely with developers to communicate test results, analyze root causes of defects, and provide suggestions for improvement.
- Collaborate with business analysts to ensure alignment between testing efforts and business requirements.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow and testing techniques, incorporating new knowledge into testing practices where applicable.

**Knowledge, skills & experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Solid understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases using ATF in a ServiceNow environment.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey test results, findings, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Certifications in ServiceNow or testing (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, ISTQB) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
