**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group academic advising to students on a wide range of academic matters, including course selection, academic progress, graduation requirements, and career planning.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to support students' academic success and overall well-being.
- Conduct workshops and seminars on topics such as study skills, time management, and test preparation.
- Maintain case files and track student progress to ensure timely intervention and support.
- Stay up-to-date on academic policies, procedures, and changes to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
- Represent the academic advising team at various campus events and activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, psychology, or counseling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of academic advising principles and practices.
- Familiarity with college-level curriculum and graduation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Freshers with a strong academic background and a passion for helping others are encouraged to apply.

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
