**Job Title: Dispatcher Cum Cashier**

**Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE**

**Working Hours: 9 hours with weekly off**

**Visa: Visit visa/ cancelled visa**

**Duty Meal: Provided by the company**

**Language: English required**

**Pay: 2000 AED per month**

**Job Summary**:
This job role is related to specific tasks tailored to the restaurant's operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate incoming orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
- Ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and out for delivery in a timely manner.
- Greet customers upon arrival and assist with menu inquiries or special requests.
- Address customer concerns and resolve any issues related to orders or payments.
- Accurately handle cash and electronic transactions at the register.
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen and waitstaff, ensuring seamless communication regarding order status.
- Update waitstaff on any changes to orders or special requests from customers.
- Monitor dining area to manage seating and optimize table turnover.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers for takeout orders, ensuring timely dispatch.
- Assist in daily sales reconciliation and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and assist with inventory tracking.
- Work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and management to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss service improvements and customer feedback.
- Ensure the cashier area is tidy and organized at all times.
- Assist with general restaurant cleanliness as needed, including restocking supplies.

Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
