**PINNACLE Innovation & Education**, a unique Training Company in Dubai is on the hunt for certified and experienced **Freelance** **STEM & ROBOTICS Trainer**:

- to assist and conduct informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel and aspirants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing STEM & ROBOTICS curricula and also to plan daily lessons.
- Adopting a data-driven attitude towards measuring learner progress.
- Developing STEM & ROBOTICS learning activities and hands-on material for classes.
- Attending to individual student needs.
- Demonstrating an awareness of different student backgrounds and cultures.
- Communicating regularly with parents, when needed.
- Providing extra support to students who need it.
- Monitoring student growth to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Using learner data to constantly refine your curriculum.
- Conduct hands on activities/experiments on STEM & ROBOTICS technologies.
- Assessing the student feedback and developing an action plan to improvise

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a STEM& ROBOTICS field or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of STEM & ROBOTICS training experience in UAE is essential to consider for the role
- Knowledge of STEM & ROBOTICS best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with basic computer software such as MS Office
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
