Irrigation Tech

Responsibilities:

- Inspecting and loading equipment for the day's work
- Daily checking of the soil and assigned field to determine irrigation needs.
- In-charge of maintaining all irrigation needs.
- Mapping out areas for irrigation maintenance.
- Digging trenches and installing pipes and lines.
- Testing the irrigation system capabilities in different weathers.
- Conducting routine maintenance checks.
- Troubleshooting and replacing faulty parts.
- Able to receive and perform according to the instructions from the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma
- Proven work experience as an Irrigation Worker for atleast 5 years
- Knowledge of irrigation systems
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of plumbing is preferable.
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of soil, vegetation, and climate.
