**We Are Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist**
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- **Check-In Processing**: Register and process check-ins for all arrivals efficiently.
- **Check-Out Management**: Handle guest check-outs professionally and efficiently.
- **Guest Information Update**: Update guest information in the system following check-in completion.
- **Cashiering Duties**: Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audit tasks, and settlements upon guest departure.
- **Reservations Management**: Handle walk-in reservations at all times and process call-in reservations when the reservations section is closed.
- **Complaint Resolution**: Resolve guest complaints and requests, liaising with the relevant departments for immediate follow-up.
- **Key Card Issuance**: Manage the issuance of guest room key cards, ensuring effective control for guest security.
- **Message and Package Handling**: Check and convey messages, mail, and packages to guests.
- **Information Assistance**: Assist at the information counter, foreign exchange, night audit, and business center as assigned.
- **Rate Knowledge**: Have knowledge of hotel rate codes, packages, segmentation, and discounts, and understand how to handle each.
- **Safe Deposit Box Management**: Handle safe deposit boxes in accordance with policies and procedures.
- **Incident Reporting**: Report any unusual occurrences to the manager.
- **Accident Prevention Awareness**: Be familiar with the hotel’s accident prevention policies.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
