Future Smart Choice is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team.

You will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations, ensuring smooth communication with banks, suppliers, and customers, and maintaining accurate financial records.

**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, suppliers, and customers through clear and professional communication.

Process invoices, payments, and other financial documents using QuickBooks.

Enter data into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.

Maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure easy access to information.

Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

2. Arabic
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive and professional attitude.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
