- Minimum **5-7years** of experience in detailing luxury or German/European cars.
- Certification in automotive detailing or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge in paint correction, PPF, and ceramic coatings.
- Familiarity with handling delicate materials and using premium detailing products.

Qualifications:
1. Professional Experience:

- Proven track record of working on luxury brands such as Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi, and other high-end vehicles.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in automotive detailing, particularly in high-end or specialized detailing centers or dealerships.

2. Certifications:

- Certification in automotive detailing from recognized programs (such as IDA [International Detailing Association] Certification).

- Strong understanding of the paint systems used by luxury European cars (e.g., multi-stage paints, matte finishes).
- Skills in multi-stage polishing to address swirl marks, scratches, and imperfections on high-quality paint finishes.

4. Interior Detailing Expertise:

- Experience working with premium interiors like leather, Alcantara, and carbon fiber.
- Knowledge of appropriate products and tools to safely clean and maintain delicate materials without damaging them.

5. Attention to Detail:

- Exceptional attention to detail, required for handling exquisite finishes and achieving showroom-quality results.

6. Machine Handling:

- Proficient in using high-end polishing machines like rotary and dual-action polishers.
- Understanding of when to use wool pads, microfiber cutting pads, or foam polishing pads to achieve the best finish.

**Expertise**:
1. Exterior Paint Correction and Polishing:

- Deep knowledge in swirl and scratch removal using advanced techniques to restore the flawless surface of high-end vehicles.

2. Paint Protection Film (PPF):

- Experience with the installation of PPF to prevent stone chips and scratches, a common service for luxury vehicles.

3. Interior Cleaning and Detailing:

- Expertise in cleaning and restoring the interiors of luxury cars, including premium leather treatments and detailing for unique materials.
- Special focus on odor removal, stain treatments, and conditioning.

4. Rim and Wheel Detailing:

- Expertise in cleaning and polishing luxury car wheels, including specialized finishes like chrome, matte, or brushed aluminum.

5. Glass and Window Polishing:

- Proficient in glass polishing techniques to remove water spots, and scratches, and ensure a streak-free finish.

6. Luxury-Specific Detailing Products:

- Extensive knowledge of premium detailing products suitable for luxury cars, such as Swissvax, Gtechniq, Meguiar’s, Gyeon.
