The Role

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years - Valid certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid - Proven experience as a lifeguard or qualified rescuer in a water sports environment - Strong swimming and rescue abilities, with the capacity to handle challenging water conditions and emergencies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with water sports participants and team members - Ability to remain composed and make quick, informed decisions in high-stress situations - In-depth knowledge of water safety protocols and rescue techniques - Physical fitness and stamina to perform water rescues and patrols for extended periods - Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and public holidays, as water sports activities may occur at any time
