Responsibilities below
- Build social media strategy for all our accounts
- Reattach and implement the up to date strategies and trends that are relevant to our audience
- Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Instagram,Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.
- Continuous updating of the accounts
- Full social media coverage of our programs,initiatives and events and whenever needed
- Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
- Run and manage regular social promotions and campaigns and track their success (e.g., Twitter chats, LinkedIn discussions, etc.).
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
- Explore new ways and social media campaigns to engage and identify new social networks to reach our target buyers, n
- Track, measure and analyse all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
- Assisting the creative team with the design if/when needed.
- Constantly be looking to bring new, fresh ideas to the table and new ways of communicating for our clients
- Create various forms of social media content—text captions, videos, and images—suitable for the various social media platforms,
- Collaborate with the media and marketing team to ensure that every piece of content is relevant and helps the company maximise engagement and outreach and ensure every piece of content you create aligns with our brand voice
- Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites, social media pages, marketing materials, public communication and similar platforms.
- Using social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and to promote company initiatives.
- Collaborating with internal departments to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems
- Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers.

**Requirements**:

- Non local
- Arabic
- Male or female
- 2+ years of experience
- Bachelor in Media/Communication or similar
- Experience creating strong, engaging content
- A portfolio of applicable outputs

**Skills**:

- An understanding of SEO best practices.
- Demonstrated Good content writing, proofreading, and editing.
- Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy.
- Capable in photography, film, or other forms of media
- Fluent in full Adobe Suite, motion graphics, editing softwares

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
