Expertise in Asset Register & Maintenance ( BD, CM, PM and EM) Data validation
- Planning, Asset care strategy, Reliability & CMMS implementation
- Responsible for the Maintenance planning and scheduling of Work orders.
- Develops job plans and preventive maintenance program in Maximo and routinely meets with different work groups to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Responsible for maintaining the Maximo Asset maintenance management system.
- Distribute weekly planned work orders. Schedule PM's as per duty roster uploaded and follow duty shift patterns to see manpower availability.
- Work with Supervisors to ensure accurate assignment is done so that Schedule Compliance is met and PMs are carried out with in allowed SNE/FNL PM buffer period so that response and restoration KPIs are met.
- Manage PM Work Load management Quarterly & Yearly using Visual Planner module.
- Scheduling PM's with other maintenance to ensure mínimal downtime and ensure PM & Schedule Compliance is met. Coordinating with all stakeholders to get permissions, Materials/Tools availability check and W.Os Backlog management. Monitor Open Work Orders.
- Assure work order has approval and authority and escalation matrix is followed in case of risk of breaching SLAs.
- Maintain integrity of PM program, i.e., checklists, trigger, frequency, compliance, and schedules using Maximo.
- Establish and maintain equipment parts catalog, equipment history, storeroom, min/max levels
- Compile weekly compliance reports. Review actual vs. plan on completed work orders. Prepare weekly & monthly reports.
- Manage a team of Schedulers and Helpdesk team
- Maintain maintenance key performance indicators for department and ensure Helpdesk team response is met.
- Attend Client Weekly meetings/Workgroup level meetings and brief on Work Orders Backlog management and get support on any hurdles which may delay the maintenance.

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
