Position: Butcher Supervisor

Job location: Souq al Jubail - Sharjah

**Salary**: AED 4500

Job role:

- Manage meat department, purchase all perishables for dept, receive and and rotate product.
- Maintain sanitary work environment according to municipality regulations.
- Process and receive customer payments for goods using POS system, providing correct change as required.
- Ensure meat storage conditions are adequate.
- Supervise, Monitor oversee & coordinate activities of company workers such as butchers.
- Resolve problems that arise such as customer complaints & supply shortages.
- Manage Inventory, Keep Records of sales and determine amount, product line and freshness of products according to company and customer requirements.
- Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising, cash flow and report it to his manager on duty.
- Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedules at our Jubail Souk Sharjah & Waterfront Market Dubai shops.
- Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained such store displays signage and cleanliness.

Job requirements:

- Relevant experience in Butcher supervisor / Meat supervisor
- Good communications skills in English, Urdu, Hindi & Arabic (Beginner) are required
- Having valid U.A.E driving license

**Salary**: AED4,500.00 per month
