The **Shawarma Maker** is responsible for cutting, marinating, assembling and preparing various ingredients to be used as toppings, and able to maintain a clean workstation at all times.

**Operations Responsibilities**
- Full attention for customer needs, through a friendly and courteous attitude
- No how knowledge of trimming the shawarma
- Monitoring the temperature of the shawarma cone
- Preparing Sandwiches according to company recipes
- Monitoring inventory and placing orders
- Cleaning workstations before shawarma preparation
- Ensuring that all utensils and cooking equipment are sterilized before each use
- Managing all food order slips and ensuring that customers’ orders are completed in a timely manner
- Disposing of expired ingredients at the end of each shift
- Ensure standards of hygiene are maintained

**Qualification, Experience & Skills**:
** at least 2 years experience**

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
